This central site adjacent to the city railway station has been cleared of the previous six storey building, and while awaiting development was sold in 2005 for £11m from previous developers AWG Developments to the McAleer and Rushe Group, who intend to speculatively proceed with the scheme.
An earlier design for a traditional and modern looking 10 storey office building has recently been superseded by a revised 14 storey scheme with a more modern full height glass facade. The design now fits in more closely with the soon to commence Lumiere development a short distance along Wellington Street.
