Other Information

  • St Martin's House stood on the location of what today is the Selfridges department store in Birmingham. It was the first part of the Bull Ring development that was completed.
  • Next door was a multi storey car park with a capacity of 600, part of an area plan to provide 10,000 parking spaces.
  • St Martin's House quickly became obsolete - the floor to floor heights were only 9 feet (2.73 metres).
