This office block was renovated and re-clad in
2003-2004 to bring the building up to modern
standards.
The new cladding began to fall apart in 2011,
prompting a re-clad in an identical finish.
The office building was re-launched with a new name
of Arena Point in 2016, making reference to its close
proximity to the recently completed Leeds First Direct
Arena.
