- The Deva Centre was originally built as Threlfalls Brewery in the 1860s. It was vacated in 1990 and lay derelict and empty for a decade.
- In 2000 a project started to refurbish the building into high quality offices. It reopened in 2001, and was renamed the Deva Centre.
