  • This scheme by Asseal Architects was the winner of a RIBA design competition for this important riverside plot of land formerly occupied by 'Doncasters' engineering factory.
  • Providence Tower is to be finished in a white render and clad in a copper effect light reflective material, which will have a striking effect on the skyline of Leeds central's west end.
  • A full planning application has been submitted to the local planning authorities in January 2007.
