Lucien Lagrange Design Chicago Condo Towers

Lucien Lagrange Architects has designed a couple of slick new condo towers to stand in Chicago.

Standing at 137 metres and 115 metres respectively, the two residential towers called X/O Condominiums have rather nice kinks in the middle making them look like they are boogying down on the dance floor.

Unfortunately the towers slick aesthetic is somewhat compromised by a rather hideous lobby that is a boxy affair clad in a sand colour that does nothing for it, rather like splicing Beth Ditto and Shakira together.

The towers however will have blue, glass facades that will be punctuated with wide balconies, the balconies are also located on the corners of the towers and accentuate the kinks in the towers.

The tower will offer a choice of 1 - 2 bedroom condominiums and residents can look forward to living in the lap of luxury. Amenities will include a Πacre landscaped park to chill out in, over sized private terraces, floor to ceiling windows which will drench the condos in plenty of natural light, 24 hour doorman service and parking but maybe the biggest feature will be Spa X/O which will be a 13,000 square foot health centre.

This will have features such as state of the art gym facilities, a four season pool and lounge area with an aqua grotto minus any bunnies we presume, social lounge and games room, a movement sanctuary offering yoga and Pilates classes, a wine bistro and an open air sun tanning space complete with misting park.
