Dollar Bay

Other Information

  • This design for Dollar Bay from Ian Simpson Architects was drawn up as a result of the 2008 world financial crisis which made the previous plans for the site unaffordable.
  • The main facade of the design, which addresses the dock it overlooks, has been rippled by the architect to deliberately resemble that of a waterfall with the sculpted motion more dramatic at the top than the bottom.
