Euston Square Tower

Other Information

  • R. Seifert & Partners originally planned a 124 metre tall tower the same height as Euston Tower to stand in Euston Square next to the forecourt of the-then under construction train station.
  • In 1971 the design was eventually rejected by the Greater London Council on the basis that it would appear directly behind the dome of St Paul's Cathedral from Primrose Hill, and the architect and developer instead plumped for three towers and a significant loss of public space to the forecourt.
