  • The triangular shapes of this building is deliberately designed to compliment the similarly shaped 'the Point' and 'Waterside' with a central red section running through it.
  • Actively used facades by the occupants are made possible by incorporating the external terraces into the floorplates.
  • The aluminium framed walls featured unitised cladding to help reduce the overall impact of the bulk of the structure and give a more varied look.
