- Original proposals called for a 130m tall tower but this was amended downwards to the current height of 85m.
- Originally the taller tower was in Kensington and Chelsea but this has changed following council objections to the height.
- This is one of the most complicated projects on appeal in the planning system in 2004/5 because of it straddling two boroughs. Hammersmith and Fulham have approved their side but Kensington and Chelsea have not.
