  • Baltic Quay is one of the original buildings built by the Thatcher created London Docklands Development Corporation to help regenerate the area around the Surrey Docks in the mid 1980s.
  • Originally the building was mixed use with office space included and ground floor retail but these were converted in 1995 to residential use thanks to the lack of demand.
